Paper machine structure: The corrugated paper machine is mainly used for making cardboard and corrugated paper. The paper machine consists of a headbox, a wiresection, a press section, a drying section, a diagonal sorter, a calender, and a winder.
Headbox is available upon request. Open, air-cushion, hydraulic headbox
Wire part (forming part): generally consists of single long net or two stack net, the main components are composed of chest roll, forming plate, wiper plate, vacuum suction box, guide roll, composite roll, vacuum roll, drive roll .
Press section According to the requirements, there are K-type three-roller two-nip zone press, large-roller press and other structures. The pressurized form can be pneumatically pressurized and hydraulic. Blankets, guide rolls, suction boxes, tensioners and correctors are available as needed.
The drying part of the drying section is 1500mm and 1800mm in size before and after sizing, and is divided into several groups of drying parts, which are also equipped with a guide roller, a dry wire, a tensioner, a corrector and a frame.
Size press
1. The inclined surface surface size press consists of two rubberized cast iron rolls and a frame equipped with a spray hose, a guide roller and a movable curved roller to pressurize the pneumatic tire.
2. A film transfer type surface a size press can be used for paper machines with higher speed. The film transfer size press is more evenly coated and has a higher speed.
Calenders
Calenders consist of two chilled cast iron rolls and a frame that is pneumatically and hydraulically pressurized. Controlled mid-high rolls are also available for higher requirements.
The reel roller
The reel consists of a paper roll cylinder and a frame. Optional roll library structure
Paper machine drive and quality control with DCS system QCS system can be used with paper machine
The rewinder consists of two drive bottom rollers, a slitting device and a frame. The speed range is 600-2500M/Min.
